Description:
|
• Cover Help Desk for end user support phone calls
• Receive end user help calls, first-line customer (end user liaison)
• Assess problems and requests and attempt resolution
• Coordinate second and third level support within Loews IT if necessary
• Add or relocate PC’s when required
• Troubleshoot computer equipment problems and repair or replace as necessary

Requirements:
|
• Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time work experience with PC, Notebook and Help Desk strongly preferred
• Some physical labor is required
• Advanced education - college or technical school strongly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
