Job Title: Customer Relationship Analyst
Department: Distribution - Loews Hotels
Description: Customer Relationship analysts will be responsible to ensure all distribution channels contents, Opera customer information System (OCIS), Central Reservation System (CRS), Global Distribution System (GDS) and online Web content is created and maintained professionally and accurately in all systems. Maintenance will include entering and managing in the OCIS, GDS, CRS and selected online channels the following information: marketing submissions, profiles update, static content updates, photo content and rate loading as well as troubleshooting any issues the hotels or customers encounter.
Requirements: * A four years college degree required
* Strong organization skills required
* Computer literacy required
* Proficiency in some of the following: Microsoft Excel, Macro, Business Intelligence, Lanyon and Opera Reservation System
* Excellent written and oral communication skills;
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced operation
* Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues
* Resilient and polished customer service and problem-solving skills
* Travel or hospitality experience preferred
* Ability to work flexible hours
