HighMount's assets are located in the Permian Basin in Texas, the Antrim Shale in Michigan, and the Black Warrior Basin in Alabama, and have estimated proved reserves totaling approximately 2.2 trillion cubic feet equivalent. The company holds interests in developed and undeveloped acreage, wellbores and well facilities, which generally take the form of working interests in leases that have varying terms.
